Safespot is a personal-safety alert tool. It is not an emergency service. Always call your local emergency number for immediate danger.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to create an online account in your jurisdiction. Group membership requires consent from each member.
3. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the trigger. Don't use Safespot to harass, surveil, or stalk another person. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in safe. You can manage and delete your account via the self-service flow or your dashboard.
5. Liability
Safespot is provided as-is. We make no warranty that an alert will reach a responder, that location will be accurate, or that recordings will upload. See the privacy policy for how we handle your data.
6. Changes
We'll post material changes here and email you when they affect existing users. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
